Dinner service was disorganized with missing items on plates.

The spa was excellent with a large pool, hydropool, and steam rooms. I loved lounging by the outdoor swimming pool and the stunning gardens. Had a fantastic family-friendly experience, especially with the kids enjoying the put-up beds! a great budget option for the area.

The hydrotherapy pool was a highlight, but the room was tired and dusty.

Clean and inviting room, complemented by a fantastic sandwich. the overall service experienced was lacking. staff were unwelcoming and the communication between departments was poor. The spa facilities need significant attention, with cleanliness and safety concerns. Despite great outdoor thermal pools, the dining experience was overpriced with mediocre food.

Room maintenance could use improvement!!! A dated bathroom with a poorly functioning air conditioner didn't provide a comfortable experience. Better organization in dining services would also enhance the overall visit!!! An upgrade to the furniture is a must!!!

Great spa but meh afternoon tea

Had a fab time at the spa, the facilities were awesome! The massage was super relaxing, but the afternoon tea? Total letdown! Served cold sandwiches with roasted veggies instead of salmon, come on! And the scones crumbled in my hand. It wasn't what I expected for the price. Wouldn’t book for tea again, that's for sure!

Our family enjoyed a fantastic stay, highlighted by Sebastian's incredible attentiveness in the restaurant. The Executive Room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for us. Breakfast had its ups and downs, but we truly appreciated the wonderful service! Pro tip, arrive early to enjoy a better breakfast selection.

Had a fantastic time enjoying a soothing massage at the spa and relaxing in the jacuzzi. The facilities were great, especially the indoor pool and steam room. Only downside was the room could use a little touch-up, but it didn't take away from my experience. definitely check it out! 😊

We enjoyed a lovely overnight break here, with highlights being the amazing food and the spa facilities. The dinner was five-star quality, with the chef really impressing us. The room, however, could use better soundproofing, as noise from the corridor was disruptive during the night.

We had a one night stay and the spa facilities were just fantastic I mean the outdoor hydrotherapy pool was a game-changer and the food in the restaurant was very good and let me tell you Matilda (Tilly) provided service that was so enthusiastic it felt like she really cared about our experience
